As you descend the hill from behind Raffles resort the road returns to the coast, and alongside the road lies Anse Boudin. If you're in a hurry to reach Anse Lazio it may not even occur to you to stop here - but it is a calm, serene place with lovely views and nobody around. It is shaded in the evening, with the sunset hitting Anse Lazio over the hill, but it is still a great place to sit on the sand and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
There is a small juice and cocktail bar on the opposite side of the road, and a sign that claims the best snorkelling in the Seychelles. This may be a bold claim, but we have heard of people spotting sea turtles just off the beach here, and there is a healthy coral reef if you swim out from the shallow beach.
